excellent job there, can you tell me how did you get the leaf imprint on the sugar ?
To get the leaf imprint I used a silicone leaf mold. After I cast the sugar, I waited a few minutes for the sugar to harden slightly, then lightly pressed the mold into the sugar and pulled it back again (you do not need to leave the mold in the cast sugar for more than a moment in order to make the imprint).
